Message The details of the 4 cars in the following chart are as follows.....

The 2 lower power cars have 2.5" full exhaust, upgraded intercoolers, single pop, stock turbos and stock engines.

The 2 higher power cars have 3" full exhaust, MS manifolds,
2.5" intercoolers and intercooler pipes, Z1 throttle bodies, dual pops, stock turbos and stock engines

All 4 cars are running about 14 PSI peak boost, all 4 cars are running mid 11 A/F, all for cars are on 91 octane fuel.
All 4 cars were tested on the same dyno in the same location.

Engines make power based on the volume of air they can move. If you allow the system to move more air volume at the same pressure, you will make more power.
Pressure is a measurement of resistance, more pressure can increase flow, but it increases heat that requires higher octane fuel.
The stock turbos can flow a lot of air, the stock plumbing is where the greatest restrictions are in the stock system.
